The Living Library is an initiative which is designed to encourage an understanding of eating disorders, from a lived experience perspective.

Through personal narrative, the walls of stigma, myth and misconception surrounding the subject of eating disorders, can be broken down and pathways to positive dialogue and comprehension can be determined.

Living library members share their lived experience at training workshops, meetings and presentations.

The personal experiences of our living library members include:

Parent and carer of a child with an eating disorder;

Parent with an eating disorder;

Autism and eating disorders;

Student with an eating disorder.
